This four week course is suitable for ladies of all ages, shapes and sizes as a low impact dance class.
Over the four weeks we will learn basic dance technique and put it into a dance choreography.
The class is a supportive enviroment for those looking to tone up, get moving, make friends and grow confidence plus so much more.
